Excellent service and very professional service writer Braden. Braden took the time to help me out with parts I bought there. He actually had them installed while I waited. Oil change and tire rotation with a recall completed in about an hour. This is my favorite dealership. Service is top notch!

Everyone was so friendly and were able to communicate effectively of what would be done. There are nice amenities like a kids room and coffee while you wait for the service. I like having a car wash done for free as well because it makes the experience nicer.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. My engine was replaced in my 2015 kia at no charge, along with a rental car at no charge. When I picked it up yesterday I was greeted by a lovely lady who offered me coffee or water. The young man who checked me out was very kind and helpful. Nate, whom I dealt with was honest from the beginning and has very good costumer service skills.

While visiting family in Columbus, visiting from Georgia, my 2016 Kia Sedona had power/battery failure. AAA originally diagnosed it as battery was fine (it was a AAA battery), but there was possibly a short somewhere. After getting the car jumped we returned to the house. Next morning, car was dead. I am a disabled veteran and had an issue with my 2011 Kia Soul Plus stalling at low RPM's. Tod, Service Manager, was relentless in his efforts to find out what was going on and after hours of searching for the issue, it was discovered it was not the car itself bot the third-party alarm system interacting falsely with the car system. He bent over backwards to help this little old disabled vet out making sure I had a vehicle I could trust... HE WAS AWESOME! Thank you Germain Kia for helping a veteran out!

Salesman - Joe Creekbaum. Great experience. Very quick. I was chatting with him online, provided Vin #, they did a sight unseen appraisal. They had the car pulled up when i got there a half hour later. Met Don the GM, very nice guy. Cory, finance guy also very professional. I was in and out relatively quickly. They had the car detailed and tank full by the time i left. Great experience, i would highly recommend.
