I am a disabled veteran and had an issue with my 2011 Kia Soul Plus stalling at low RPM's. Tod, Service Manager, was relentless in his efforts to find out what was going on and after hours of searching for the issue, it was discovered it was not the car itself bot the third-party alarm system interacting falsely with the car system.
