I bought a used 2022 Kia Sorento and I noticed it was making noise a week or so later. I brought it in to get looked at and one of the shocks was leaking and needed replaced. Well a few days later after getting it fixed it still was making noise and I had to bring it back in to see what was going on. Such a great experience I had when i visited for key fob made and my recalls. The staff were very courteous and kept me updated on the progress. The service department was very personable and told very important information about safety issues if i didnt do the recall, and were very considerate. The waiting area is well equipped for a greater customer experience as well for the kids play area to keep the little one occupied.Keep up the great work.

Tyler is an awesome salesman. The vehicle that I was interested in was sold that morning I called, but Tyler helped locate a 2024 Kia Forte-GT Line for me in the Dayton area. We negotiated a fair price for the vehicle, and I drove back up to Columbus two days later to buy the vehicle. The entire staff at Germain Kia was attentive, easy to talk to, and with no pressure tactics. They made my first brand new vehicle purchase a memorable one.
Attentive, listened to what I wanted and didn’t push anything. My options came down to a new car and a slightly used car. I went with the used. I’m sure the salesman would have made more if I’d done with the new but he didn’t say a word to sway me towards the new.
Huge shout out to the Germain kia family. Just bought a brand new vehicle. It was a group effort, but everyone bent over backwards to make sure I went home happy. Nice dealership and employees, nice lounge while you wait. Quick oil change. But I would like for someone to tell me how to fix the "coffee break" , take a break, sensor that goes off every half hour.

Excellent service and very professional service writer Braden. Braden took the time to help me out with parts I bought there. He actually had them installed while I waited. Oil change and tire rotation with a recall completed in about an hour. This is my favorite dealership. Service is top notch!

Everyone was so friendly and were able to communicate effectively of what would be done. There are nice amenities like a kids room and coffee while you wait for the service. I like having a car wash done for free as well because it makes the experience nicer.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received. My engine was replaced in my 2015 kia at no charge, along with a rental car at no charge. When I picked it up yesterday I was greeted by a lovely lady who offered me coffee or water. The young man who checked me out was very kind and helpful. Nate, whom I dealt with was honest from the beginning and has very good costumer service skills.

While visiting family in Columbus, visiting from Georgia, my 2016 Kia Sedona had power/battery failure. AAA originally diagnosed it as battery was fine (it was a AAA battery), but there was possibly a short somewhere. After getting the car jumped we returned to the house. Next morning, car was dead. Of course I had nothing scheduled, but called the dealership to see if I could get help. This was on Friday morning. I am a disabled veteran and had an issue with my 2011 Kia Soul Plus stalling at low RPM's. Tod, Service Manager, was relentless in his efforts to find out what was going on and after hours of searching for the issue, it was discovered it was not the car itself bot the third-party alarm system interacting falsely with the car system. He bent over backwards to help this little old disabled vet out making sure I had a vehicle I could trust... HE WAS AWESOME! Thank you Germain Kia for helping a veteran out!
